(December 10, 2009) It was a cool and calm Thursday morning in downtown Phoenix, but things were already shaking inside the KMLE Country 108 radio studio. Mike Ward, Angel MedFlight’s in-house counsel, waited and listened in the studio while Tim and Willy (of Tim & Willy in the Morning) finished talking with country singer Lee Ann Womack live on the telephone.

Ward Live on air with Tim & Willy
Ward went to the KMLE station to accept a one-of-a-kind electric Mudd guitar on behalf of Angel MedFlight. Jeremy Freer, Angel MedFlight’s owner and president, was the top bidder for the guitar at the 18th Annual “Tim & Willy Christmas Breakfast Show at Night!” All proceeds from the December 5th show and auction will benefit the Tim and Willy’s Kid’s FUN-Dation.
After a short commercial and music break, Ward sat down in front of a microphone and talked with Tim, Willy and Andrea live on the air about Angel MedFlight and the company’s commitment to helping others. “It was great to spend a few minutes with Tim and Willy and to be a small part of a cause that benefits the children in this community,” said Ward.

The one-of-a-kind Mudd guitar is signed by Tim and Willy, comedian Tim Hawkins and all members of country group Little Big Town. It will be on display at Angel MedFlight headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
